Pool Hours: 9 am to 10 pm (no lifeguard on duty)
Clubhouse: Reserve at 8 1/2 office, $150 clean up fee, an owner must be present & responsible at all functions
Tennis Courts: 8 am until dark
Boat ramp: Owners & guests must have current 8 1/2 I.D. sticker
Boat trailer storage: Owners & guests must have current 8 1/2 I.D. sticker
Auto parking: Owners and renters must have current 8 1/2 I.D. sticker
Security gate: Owners are responsible for knowing the gate code and informing their family members and guests

Trash pickup: Summer – Tuesday & Friday, Winter – Tuesday only
Re-cycle pickup: Monday
Winter water shut-off: End of November
Pest control spraying: Second Wednesday of each month
Lawn mowing: Wednesday or Thursday
Pool cleaning: Cleaned and tested daily in season
